4 FROSTING: natural vanilla buttercream
strawberry buttercream
chocolate buttercream
swiss almond meringue (it’s whippy)
italian meringue with orange (whippy, not as sweet)
cream cheese frosting

5 FONDANT: full layer covering
flowers
patterning
