Chef Jean Philippe has a passion for handmade, artisan chocolates. His specialty is a chocolate candy of dark chocolate enrobed ganache. In addition to gourmet chocolates and truffles, there is available an assortment of sugared fruit slices, known as Paté de Fruits, and French macarons, wonderful for picnics and parties.
