Slow fermented for 36 hours, baked fresh, and perfectly crusty on the outside with a soft, airy center. Best enjoyed warm with butter… preferably while standing at the counter 💁🏻‍♀️

We still do gourmet cupcakes, cinnamon rolls, and custom cakes, but we’re adding in protein chocolate chip cookies and sourdough bread! 🧁🎂🍪🥖
