I spoke to a bride to be a few days ago about potentially making food for their upcoming wedding.
She gave me a menu she was interested in.
I told her to give me til this weekend while I was off and I would put together tasting sample plates for her and her fiancé.
She said of all the people she'd spoken to not one had offered her that option.
I told her the food is just as important as the cake.
And they offer cake tasting, so why not.
All palettes are different and why would you risk spending thousands on potentially not so great food.

Anyhow, I dropped off the plates tonight and am eagerly awaiting the review.

It consisted of beef chile colorado with potatoes, pork chile verde, jalapeño red rice, chicken pasta salad, and green spaghetti.

I came home and made fresh beans for my husband because he can't have it without them so those are not pictured.

Just wanted to share in case anyone else is curious to know that I offer that option before you decide to book with me!!

Just spitballing an idea hoping to get some feedback on who might be interested in a specific type of food service.

Would you pay for someone to meal plan a month or a weeks worth of dinners, shop for everything necessary and then have it all completely made and frozen as a means of saving yourself the time and hassle??
Any feedback would be appreciated ☺️

Info for those of you who have been asking!😊

Kids summer sessions are coming up soon and we are gonna do things a bit different this go round.

I will be hosting 4 classes beginning in July.
We will be watching a movie first and then the kids will bake and decorate 2 cupcakes and 2 PYO cookies according to the theme of the movie chosen for that day.🧁📽🍪🎟

All materials will be provided as well as a snack and drink.
4:30-7:30 pm
Fridays July 3,10,17, and 24th.
Shoot me a msg if you're interested in signing your littles up for what's sure to be fun for them and a weekly Friday evening break for you too!!🎉

Week 1 will be Thelma the unicorn!!🦄

Just an FYI
Will be working an event this Saturday May 2nd for Cinco de mayo celebrations hosted by Angel De Paz!!
So many events span from a 5k to a taco eating contest.
Kid zone for littles to enjoy adventure and play as well as numerous vendors.
Not to mention the main event which will consist of luchadores wrestling!!🤼‍♂️
Come on out for what's looking like a pretty fun day!!
I'll be offering the following five flavors of these viral pastries for $8 each.
Mango,strawberry cheesecake, raspberry, lemon and tiramisu.😊
