Garlic Sage Butter Focaccia 🌿🧄🧈 Roasted pumpkin is added to the dough for a beautiful color and flavor and then it is brushed with a Garlic Sage Butter and topped with Parmesan cheese. Available this weekend at Providence Home + Garden and next weekend at Dahlia Market Indiana Peony Festival

These pictures are a small summary of my 3 days spent with Proof Bread🇺🇸🇵🇱🇱🇧 Proof Playbook at their August Bakery Intensive. Being in a full scale bakery was eye opening and humbling. I learned a lot about processes and efficiencies, but also that it’s possible to scale and maintain the heart of the baker. In stepping away, I learned how much I value the communities that I am in and how much they fuel me. I feel like I’ve now added a new community of industry professionals that I have so much to learn from.

New Scone on the menu - Lemon & Honey 🍋🍯 I love the simplicity of this scone. It is sweetened with only raw honey 🍯 and has both organic lemon juice and zest 🍋 for an added brightness and flavor. Because of the simplicity, you can appreciate the flavor from the Janie’s Mill | Stone-ground Organic Flour Cake Flour 🌾and the buttery layers. 🧈

If a cinnamon roll and a scone had a baby, it would be these scones. The Cinnamon Scones have homemade cinnamon chips throughout and are topped with a simple vanilla icing 👌🏻

Polenta Loaf 🌽 I will be adding a new loaf to the menu soon! The Polenta Loaf is similar to the Original Loaf but with the addition of cooked, coarse ground cornmeal. It provides a creamy texture to the crumb and a touch of sweetness from the corn. The loaf is rolled in cornmeal, which adds a great crunch.
