Today marks 25 years since the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center. As we look back on this tragedy, we can’t help but commend the bravery and sacrifice of all of the men and women that put their lives on the line for the help of others on this horrific day. 343 firefighters, 37 Port Authority Police Officers, 23 New York Police Officers, 8 Private EMS personnel, 1 New York State Fire Marshal and many others lost their lives that day. We will never forget the tragedy of this incident and will continue to recognize the courage these personnel displayed.
