1 year ago today we sold our first pretzels at 4 Corners (thanks Ralph!!) Car Show!

We have learned SO MUCH this far as business owners/bakers.

What we have learned so far:
🥨 Trial and error is a real thing when it comes to baking 😂
🥨 Juggling our full time jobs with early morning baking requires a bed time of 8:00pm the night before
🥨 We aim to have every pretzel and twist the same but sometimes the dough has a mind of its own
🥨 Partnerships are everything (thanks to everyone who has our pretzel on your food menu or at your meat market!!)
🥨 Being asked to provide pretzels for a work meeting, local community event, a wedding, a birthday gift, or freezer means so much 💜
🥨 A top new phrase we often say now, “Sorry, I probably smell like a pretzel.” When getting a hug or running into someone at the store. 😆😆

We're excited to share that Ursula's Pretzel Bakery, LLC, is bringing one of the area's favorite Bavarian treats to the Chippewa Falls Oktoberfest festivities! These pretzels will be available for purchase inside the Bier House.

Whether you're craving a warm pretzel, a cold beverage, or looking forward to exploring our many authentic food vendors serving everything from traditional German favorites to festival classics, there's something for everyone to enjoy!
