Was given a recipe awhile ago and finally made them. Why did I wait??? These sourdough English Muffins are so good. Much fluffier that store bought and no preservatives so you get all the great benefits of sourdough! Thank you Bim for the recipe. This is a keeper!

Absolutely heartbroken. All 3 of the large jars of strawberry jam I made broke when I was sealing them. Guess it is a lesson learned not to use mason jars gifted to you. Always buy new. Lost 96 ounces of beautiful, delicious jam 🥲
