More than therapy its INTOXICATING

Hello, my name is Angela L. Williams, I wish I could definitively say when I actually started baking but I honestly can not remember. It seems that I have been doing it for as long as I was able to use a stove.However what I do know is, baking has always been good and healthy therapy for me. I enjoyed mixing up different ingredients and discovering what it would turn out to be.

Now I must admit our cakes are not exactly pretty but they are magically delicious. Over the years I have purchased specific baking equipment as well as purchased and made connection in other countries and currently order certain ingredients that are not available in the US. It is amazing what one ingredient can do to a traditional dessert that causes you to almost not recognize it.

I finally decided it was time to do what I loved to do. So here I am making cakes that I pray will help you and all who consume my desserts, make happy memories.

Finally, my goal for my cakes/desserts was inspired by the old sitcom The Golden Girls. If you have ever watched it you know that anytime they couldn't sleep, had any kind of problem they went to the kitchen and pulled out a cheese cake. If you can recall we never really saw the cake but from the way they consumed it we could assume that it was good and even INTOXICATING. Once they were done, many times the problem was solved.
