This cookie is vanilla flavored. It is stuffed with guava cream cheese, topped with a lime glaze, and finished with graham cracker crumbs. It’s guava cheesecake in cookie form. An imposter! 😂 The lime glaze gives the guava a refreshing balance.

Someone has already suggested upping the glaze. Thanks for the feedback, will do. 😊

This cookie is Biscoff overload! It is a gourmet Biscoff cookie topped with original Biscoff cookie and crumbs, and finished with Biscoff caramel. Overrrloooad! 😋
