Anca Bakes #1 It's all about homemade desserts made with natural/organic ingredients and real butter. As I bake for my family I never use substitutes.

I believe that using the freshest and best natural ingredients makes food taste great. The result is desserts and pastries that are delicious and easy for our body to assimilate. Here’s a few guidelines I use:

NO Bleached Flour- Bleaching flour strips it of all the good nutrients and flavor. NO Hydrogenated oils- Fresh Butter never Margarine, Never Hydrogenated lard or oils

NO Preservatives- Good food shouldn't last forever

And thats why they taste Great! There is no substitute for the real thing...
