When I did barrio arts fest this year at The National Museum of Puerto Rican Arts and Culture I debuted a new flavor: parcha (passion fruit)! Fast forward to today, and I had the honor of making this cake for a boricua themed birthday party, and all because someone loved the taste of the parcha cupcake! Thank you so much Laura Perez-Freytes and happy birthday, Ana!
