has been creating custom bakes for the last twelve years. Jenny discovered her passion for all things sugar and sweet and good to eat during her Chef Cook classes at Easton High School in her hometown of Easton, Maryland. Here, she learned how to create menus and acquired basic baking and cooking skills that she and her classmates would apply to staff meals and catering events in the area. While
attending Easton High, she worked at Harbouretown Golf Resort and Conference Center where she refined her fine dining and food service skills. made the bold decision to leave small town life and venture into the big city. She applied to the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College in Philadelphia, PA and to the tri-states advantage she made herself a home here while earning her associates degree in Pastry Arts. She spent many long sugar filed hours interning as a pastry cook at Stephen Starr's fine dining asian fusion restaurant Buddakan located in the heart of Center City, Philadelphia. From 2005 - 2011 she critiqued her hand at pastries and dessert here making everything from your basic donut to rich cakes and even homemade ice creams. In 2007 our own Jenny H. decided to take matters in her own and construct custom cakes for all occasions for friends, family, and clients brought to her through the "grape vine".
