We handcraft each small batch of cookie using our secret ingredient, browned butter. I guess it's not so secret anymore, but our process of browning the butter is significantly different. We use a meticulous five-step process in baking each batch, so I guess that part will remain a secret! We hope you enjoy all our delicious flavors. Just remember, these cookies are too good to share!
