We are currently keeping an eye on rain projected for Saturday. We are hoping it clears but will be making the call around 10 am tomorrow whether or not we will have to pull ourselves from Oktoberfest based on information then. Right now it shows 95% chance rain with hourly increasing!

As a baker, we have to make calls earlier than some vendors as we have to build up our starter and mix all the things ahead of the day of.

Organizers are considering what adjustments that may need to be made. Stay tuned!

Preorders are closing early this week as we get ready for Hearthara Culinary ā€˜s Oktoberfest in Cambridge Square on Saturday from 12-8 pm.

If you want on the Friday preorder pick up list let me know this is what we are baking so far this week:

Brown Butter Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies (made with different supplies/equipment to reduce chance of cross contamination)

Regular Sourdough Sandwich Bread (made with grassfed butter) and DF version
Aged White Cheddar Biscuits
Brown Butter Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies
Sourdough Banana Waffles

Sweet Hill Farm eggs are stocked and ready for pick up today!
