As most of you know, I’m on a bit of a hiatus right now from the cake making part of our business. My sweet hubby, Ken, has received a heart transplant. I am required to be by his side as he heals so well be living in Nashville for the next few months. Our daughter Kennedy and our wonderful team have kept the cafe going so y’all can have a yummy breakfast or lunch each day. I’m hoping to be back to cakes toward October. My return is all based on his progress and when the doctors feel it’s safe for him to go home. Progress has been good so far, we’re just waiting for the kidneys to get back to normal. Your prayers for healing and for our precious donors family are greatly appreciated.

Come try our grilled taco crunch wrap today! Made with seasoned ground beef, Mexican rice, cheddar cheese and crushed tortilla chips wrapped in a flour tortilla and grilled. Served with chopped lettuce, salsa and sour cream on the side. $5.95 or make it a meal with chips and a fountain drink for $7.39.
