We're at Ooltewah Farmers Market from 3 to 6 with a full lineup of Plain, Everything, Asiago, Cinnamon Raisin, Sesame, Onion, Blueberry, and Pumpernickel!

The market's full of fresh produce, local meat, honey, and all the good stuff that makes a Thursday afternoon feel worth the trip. Stop by, say hi, and load up on everything you didn't realize you needed.

Need a little help from our friends.

CommunityVotes - Chattanooga TN is still accepting nominations for best bagel in town, and we'd love to be on that list. Nominations are open until June 7th, and here's the part that feels slightly excessive: you can nominate us once a day.

Every single day. We didn't make the rules, but we're also not complaining.

Here's how it works: Head to the Community Votes Chattanooga 2026 page, click Start Nominating, then Food & Drink, then Bagels. That's it.

We've been making bagels the long way for a while now, and if you think they're worth voting for, we'd really appreciate it.

We'll be at Farmers on First from 11 to 2 with Everything, Plain, Asiago, Pumpernickel, Cinnamon Raisin, Blueberry, and Onion. The lineup that covers breakfast, lunch, or whatever you're calling the meal you're eating at 2 PM.

Onion's limited. Not in a manufactured scarcity way, just in a "we brought what we brought" way.

Ooltewah, we’re back.

This Thursday, we’re at the Ooltewah Farmers Market from 3–6 PM, celebrating Honey Bee Day—the only holiday where “sticky fingers” is a compliment.

There will be honey tastings, real live beekeepers (the experts, not us), and a lineup of vendors bringing their honey products. We’ll be holding down the carb side of the operation with our core lineup:

Cinnamon Raisin (very limited. pre-order early)
Plain
Everything
Asiago (small batch, pre-order early)
Onion (small batch, pre-order early)
Sesame (small batch, pre-order early)
Pumpernickel (It’s back!)
Blueberry (limited quantities)

Preorders are open. Shoot us a DM and your bagels will be ready and waiting.

Signal Mountain, we restocked Pruett's Signal Mountain Market

Everything, Plain, Cinnamon Raisin, and Asiago are back in the freezer and ready for whenever you decide breakfast is happening.

Pruett's has them waiting alongside all the other stuff that makes a trip to the store feel less like a chore. You know, the good local stuff you actually want to buy.
