Coming back from maternity leave and starting something new!!! Each week I’ll be putting together a menu of 4 items that will be available individually and as an assortment box. Pre-orders will open up at the beginning of each week, and then pickups will be Saturday mornings at Birch and Willow mercantile in Sale Creek.

Each week’s menu will consist of
1 flavor of cinnamon roll
1 cookie
1 mini cake
1 additional item that will be different each week: macarons, scones, tarts, brownies, etc
(Feel free to submit any requests for flavors or items you’d like to see!)

Still finalizing all the details, but the first box will most likely be July 11th!

Convincing you to have a dessert table at your wedding:

- First of all, super fun and cute
- They're memorable! If you're looking for something that your guests will be talking about after your wedding, this is it.
- Sooo many options. This is a great way to incorporate all of your favorite desserts/flavors and also just about guarantees that there will be something for everyone
- Easily accommodate various food allergies/ dietary preferences. Need a gluten free item for some people, a dairy free item for others, and something basic for a few picky eaters, no problem!
- The design possibilities are endless! This can really be as simple or as complicated as you want to make it. Charcuterie style where everything is just laid out on the table, placed precisely on elaborate displays, or anything in between!
- Can be any size you want it to be. I've done dessert tables that would feed as few as 30 guests all the way up to large tables that could feed over 500 guests.
