Hey there! If you’re new here, we’d love to introduce ourselves. We’re the Dunn’s (Jon and Allie) and our little family runs Lookout Coffee Roasters in Chattanooga, TN.
If you spend any time with us, you’ll probably get offered way more coffee than you can reasonably drink, and you’ll notice us going through way too much trouble for a good cup of coffee.
Our (sometimes unhinged) obsession with good coffee started in Louisville, KY where over the last 5 years we’ve had the privilege of diving deeper into this industry. For a little while, we ran our own little specialty cafe in southern Indiana called Cultivator (shoutout to all of you who were our customers on here! We love and miss you ❤️). In all of these things, we grew in our love of well-sourced, well-roasted coffees.
This summer, we moved to Chattanooga, TN to be closer to Allie’s family, and our love of coffee came with us. We decided to start a little roastery called Lookout where we seek to craft coffees like those we have been most excited to drink - interesting, delicious, sweet, fruity, funky, balanced, and just all-around wonderful coffees sourced from wonderful farms. We want to provide anyone and everyone with a singular experience through means as simple as a cup of black coffee. We’re glad you’re here and we hope you’ll let us be a part of your coffee journey!
