We’re finally doing this! Michelle and I have been trying to collab on a pop up for a long time.

I can’t think of a better way to do it than for the GRAND OPENING of La Bodeguita on October 4th (10am) at . There will be some drip coffee provided by .clt and themed pastries from Ashik Bakery!

La Bodeguita has such a unique concept with their crafts cafe. Walk up to the counter like any coffee or bakery cafe, and order a craft activity from their menu! There is plenty of table space and lounging space to work on your crafts.

I thought of this flavor after meeting Michelle () for the first time. I wanted to make a lemon inspired flavor because of while honoring Indian influence.

Nimbu Pani is a refreshing Indian lemonade with traditional spices and herbs. Adapted here as a meringue.

So here it is, My Bitter Wife.

The name is an homage to my wife, who said this flavor will never work because of the bitterness of the Furlani Vermouth Blanco. Perfectly selected by Matty of .

They will be offering laminated pastries (think Croissants & Kouign Amann) with other morning essentials. Keep an eye out for rotating flavors including vegan offerings!

Special croissant flavor for this pop up is something very unique:

“Blossom, Bubbles, Buttercup” will play with your senses for sure. Yes, I managed to make fizzy jelly. Come see for yourself!
