My homage to Fall! 🍁🍂 The Lumberjack Cake🍂🍁. This baby was epic & such a blast to make! Rich chocolate ganache in between layers of vanilla, red velvet, & chocolate cake. Topped with vanilla buttercream & ganache “rings”, with chocolate buttercream & semi-sweet chocolate “bark” all around... & let’s not forget the chocolate hatchet 🤩. This one was a 10” (approximately 20-24 servings... more if you slice small), but it is also available as a 7” (approximately 12-16 servings).
*be advised... this cake is SUPER rich, so I recommend slicing judiciously & coming back for 2nds if you’re dying for more. Shoot me a message & order yours today, before this Georgia fall comes (eventually😉) & goes.
