Do you know this character??? I didn’t until one of my favorite little girls wanted a cake based on her! I’m so outta touch!! But Cora always gets what she wants!😁 (and her momma does too!) Gluten and dairy free…and still yummy! Happy 7 big girl!

Sweet 16 cake for my precious great-niece! Vanilla buttermilk cake with vanilla buttercream and fondant roses. She was dressed to impress for the celebration and so was her cake! AND.....it was YUMMY!!

Remember this beautiful wedding cake that I made in the midst of a pandemic?! Well, it’s been a year since this happy couple were married-time for an anniversary cake (that hasn’t been sitting in a freezer for a year!!) It’s the same flavor as one tier of the original and was every bit as delicious!! Happy Anniversary Ashley and Zac!!

When a friend told me she hadn’t had a birthday cake in years-I had to find out why! Gluten-free, dairy-free,vegan and low glycemic? No problem! I made this cake for someone with some unique food sensitivities. She also LOVES animals and cares for them daily as a vet tech. This year might have meant no huge party, but she had a party-worthy cake for celebrating!
