Clothespin cookies! A crisp puff pastry shell stuffed with vanilla butternut crème and rolled in powdered sugar. 🤤

Fun fact: These cookies originated from Youngstown Ohio. Eastern European settlers created the custom of having cookie tables at events which included these cookies. The name was born out of the round wooden clothespins that they used to wrap the dough. This specific recipe has been handed down from generation to generation from my Y-town family!
