UPDATE // yesterday I officially closed my baking business. There’s still the dream of more but the dream taking shape in my head looks very different than the Amelia Bakes & Co. that started in 2019, flourished during the pandemic and took off at . As the dream changes, I have to make changes to better serve my family right now. After taking over a year off from baking, my heart is more sure than ever that I need stay at home with my son and I’m so thankful I get to do that. With that said, I still love to bake and I want to bake for you when I can!! I will be starting a monthly newsletter of offerings and want you to be included. Well hello there! ✨It’s been a little over a year since I stopped baking for you all, and I have missed it. This is not an “I’m back” announcement, but just a post to appreciate baking! We’ve been thoroughly enjoying our peaches so far and trying new bakes. Yesterday’s bake featured fresh peaches, fresh peach jam and homemade whipped cream atop my first attempt at a pavlova! ✨ ‘Twas [slightly underdone, but still] delicious!

Mini Masterpiece ✨ Although, I’m still not taking orders, I wanted to give you all a lil peak at things to come this Fall. I made this lil mini masterpiece for a sweet birthday girl last week. It’s 4 layers of chocolate and vanilla goodness covered in chocolate ganache!
This Fall I will be consolidating my menu, dropping the website and only offering you the goodies that I make the best. Stay tuned. I can’t wait to bake for you again.

We’ve been quiet and for good reason. 💙👶🏼 This lil fella joined our family & we are overjoyed.
We’ll be staying quiet for a while longer as we figure out how this business fits into our new family of three!! In the mean time, check out our story for the most DELICIOUS cookie recipe we’ve whipped up to power through the newborn nights!

MARKET PREORDERS ✨ Our last market for the summer is this Saturday! If you want Amelia Bakes & Co. treats one last time, make sure to preorder [form in bio] ASAP. We’ll be celebrating our lil fella’s upcoming arrival with cupcakes & brownies!
From now until we return in mid-September, I will no longer be accepting custom orders or be available for wedding cake tastings. Thank you for understanding and I look forward to seeing you all on Saturday!
