This year, I made my dad eclairs and chocolate chip toffee cookies, but last year was all about the cake! The best dad deserves all the best sweets! My chocolate and peanut butter cake is a family favorite!
This was a chocolate cake and peanut butter cake: chocolate cake layers, peanut butter buttercream, peanut butter filling, chocolate drip and homemade buckeyes. The topper was made on my , before I figured out how to fix the cut outs in the middle of the ‘A’ and ‘R’. 😜

A mini 4” blue and gold wedding cake for a coworker and her fiancé. They got married at the courthouse and weren’t planning to have a cake at all. That was just too crazy for me to handle, so I surprised her!
The cake was lemon, with Italian meringue buttercream. The cupcakes were salted caramel, lemon meringue and turtle.

A super cute cake for my super cute niece’s fifth birthday! She loves everything rainbow and unicorn so this cake was a no-brainer!
Top tier is chocolate cake, vanilla buttercream and edible chocolate chip cookie dough layers. Bottom tier is funfetti cake and strawberry buttercream.
