I've had always had the itch bake since I was a kid and would watch my grandma bake. It has really taken off since I started my second career as a firefighter. Nothing makes happier then seeing my fellow firefighters enjoy some bake goods after a long a day. My ultimate goal is to have my own food truck with part of the proceeds going back in to making bake goods for my fellow first responders. This page is initially share my story and show my progression until i get my food truck. So enjoy and please comment both positive and negative.
