Giving back and paying it forward is important to me!!!

I enjoyed sharing my Aunt D’s Lemon Pound Cake today with many of our friends downtown:)

Helping in homeless ministries since I was about 2. Now I’m baking cakes and contributing myself!!!

Shout out to my Aunt D for walking me through this recipe and teaching me about "whipping egg whites" , the difference between pure and clear vanilla extract and adding crushed cookie crumbs to my creamy icing! This took a lot longer than I would have thought but I learned so much! More importantly, I got to spend a few hours learning from the best baker I know!!! Thanks again Aunt D!! Love you so much!
