Irish Cream Pistachio - an Irish cream cookie dough base made with Bailey’s Irish Cream, loaded with chocolate chips and pistachios, stuffed with pistachio butter and drizzled with a pistachio ganache.

Chocolate Mint - a chocolate cookie base, loaded with pieces of Andes Chocolate Mints, stuffed with a peppermint ganache, and topped with milk chocolate and an Andes chocolate mint.
