It's VDACS approved. It's a popular cold dessert in the Philippines made up of crushed ice, evaporated milk and various ingredients including palm fruit, jackfruit, brown sugar banana, Ube halaya, etc.. This is the traditional way of serving it with Ube ice cream on top and with other toppings you see here. The other added topping is our own idea. Now, halo halo has evolved and is now being served different ways using a blender to make the ice more like a smoothie consistency or a slush consistency instead of shaved ice and with coconut milk instead of Evaporated milk. Either way, it's delicious and highly sought after, especially during summer time.

NEW CAKE FLAVOR ADDITION:
Hello all! I hope everyone is enjoying their holiday. God gave me an idea of a cake flavor. So, I made it early this morning to bring to a church Memorial Day potluck. Well, it didn't last long. We arrived at the venue and I cut the cake. Already, people were grabbing and it was halfway gone. I had to leave to drop off my son at his job. I came back and the cake was gone! I received great compliments about it saying, "It was really good!". So, we decided to add it on the menu. I call it SPRING & SUMMER CAKE. It's great for potluck, birthdays, office party or any occasion. It's made with fresh strawberries and banana; garnished with fresh strawberries and strawberry crunch. The size of this cake is 9x13 inch, 2 layers, serves 24 to 30 depending on how you cut the cake. Thank God for the idea. All glory belong to God!🙌❤️

HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY!
I know it's tomorrow, but it's the Memorial day weekend. We want to acknowledge our soldiers (active duty, veterans, and those who died) who put their lives on the line defending our freedom. May the American people, especially the government remember them and their families they left behind in much gratitude. And, may those who were hurt in the battlefield and no longer can provide for themselves, receive provision they so dearly deserved. We salute you all! 🫡 We thank you for your service.
