When a baking experiment doesn't quite go as planned... turn it into cake pops!
My vegan banana chiffon didn't rise the way I hoped, but it still tasted delicious, so I couldn't let it go to waste. I turned it into cake pops and dipped them in chocolate.
My daughter's verdict? “It tastes like a chocolate-covered banana!” 😋
Not every bake turns out exactly as planned, but sometimes the happy accidents are pretty delicious.

A little sunshine in cake form. 🍊☀️

Freshly baked Citrus Chiffon Cake — light, airy and infused with fresh orange/lemon juice and orange/lemon zest. Finished simply with a light dusting of powdered sugar.
Sometimes simple really is the best.
