When life hands you a roasted garlic rosemary focaccia...you make pizza!!!

CAUTION: Using a beautifully and fully wonderful focaccia as a pizza, garlic sticks, or a beautiful accompanyment to some oil and charcuterie, one may expect the following:
An awesome time. Happy family. Smiles. Sore facial muscles due to extreme smiling and joy. Pizza oily hands. Lines for seconds. Expectations that it becomes a staple of the rotating bi-weekly dinner menu.

Did you know where you live is impacting your baking results?

As a brief note, heat, humidity, elevation, and atmospheric pressure, and more, all have a part to play in your baking journey. When these factors arent accounted for and you do not have the proper accomidations and ratios to help combat the environmental aspect of baking, it can lead to a lot of disappointment, a lot of sunken cakes, over/under-proofed breads, the list goes on.

All that to say...we did not anticipate the weather/pressure shift yesterday and we are having to let everyone know we aren't going to be able to attend the Chandler OK Farmers Market today. Sorry all. We will put out some of the items with pictures and prices of what we do have and would be happy to do some private orders.

AnnaLou’s Gluten-Free Bakery is featuring their newest toy-around. Gluten-Free Blackout cake.

Sporting a rich and moist chocolate cake layers, sandwiched between homemade chocolate pudding, and a whipped chocolate fudge frosting, adorned rather haphazardly with more chocolate cake crumbles! Excuse the mess but this tasty delight truly is the epitome of a stick-to-the-back-of-the-fork, a-couple-of-wet-wipes-for-the-table, someone-please-stop-me-from-the-third-slice, mmmmmmmmmmmmmm-I-want-to-come-back-here-simply-for-the-cake kind of treat.

We have been busy over here. Life changes, Bakery orders, overall life chaos. Thanks for being patient...and tell your mom we say HI! And Happy Birthdaya! Or Un-Birthday if...you know...it isnt her birthday...HAPPY DAY MOM!

With that, Mother's Day is fast approaching! Next Saturday comes quickly!!! Just a friendly reminder se we don't wait till last minute to pick up something...there is so so much that goes un noticed by us because of her and all she does. Whether she is a bio mom, adoptive mom, step mom, mom-in-law, woman-in-our-life-that-supports-us-and-cheers-for-us-and-kindly-calls-us-out-when-we-are-out-of-alignment-with-our-character-because-she-loves-you-too-much-to-NOT-let-you-know, and SOOO many others that all should be so rightly spoil and loved on in our lives, those we have the privilege of calling and/or holding in our hearts as a "Mom".

We are so excited to announce that we will be joining the Chandler OK Farmers Market for the 2026 season!!! We have a lot of wonderful goodies to come, and we want to share them with everyone!
