SOCIAL HOUR RUN CLUB x RUN 562: LB Preview Run

Come preview parts of the LB Marathon course with us and Run 562:

Time: Meet at 6:30AM, Program to start promptly at 7:00 AM
Address: Belmont Veterans Memorial Pier - 35 39th Pl, Long Beach, CA 90803 (We will be gathering by Belmont Brewing Co).

Parking: Paid parking is available in lot ($2 per hour). Metered parking is also available along Ocean Blvd. We advise arriving early.

Mile options:
13 Miles (Aid station & pace group supported)
Pace groups available (min/mile):
7 / 8 / 9 / 10 / 11 /12 / Sweeper

18 Miles (Aid station supported up to 13 miles)

We encourage runners who want to run less mileage to still attend! There is a beautiful beach path that you can do an out and back on.

Tentative Schedule:
6:30 AM: Runners arrive
7:00 AM: Welcome / Announcements
7:10 AM: Stretch / Group Photo
7:15 AM: Go over the route / Split into pace groups
7:20 AM: Start Run

Route will be added closer to the date.

Please note that this will replace our weekly Saturday run for SHRC. We will be back at 8TH SYMPHONY COFFEE the following weekend.
