Slice the focaccia into strips, drizzle with olive oil, top with Parmesan or mozzarella and bake for 10 minutes at 400 degree F for some phenomenal homemade cheesy bread sticks! 🥰

New kid on the block!

One of our fall additions to the menu is this amazing chocolate almond brioche roll. Our original sourdough brioche is filled and rolled with chocolate and a hint of almond to make it fancy. 🎩

These are delicious with a cup of your favorite hot drink- coffee, matcha, hot coca- we don't judge! 🥰

We will have these tomorrow (9/26) at Centralia Farmers Market. Come by and see us! 🫶🏼

You are gonna want to get up and get out this beautiful morning at the Centralia Farmers Market!

We have a couple very special items today that show up once in a blue moon: sourdough pretzel bites and filled conchas!!! 😍

What are conchas? Mexican sweet bread. Basically a delicious brioche style sweet roll with a cookie like topping baked right on top. Ours this morning are filled with pumpkin butter and then one with Nutella. 😋
