I am back at it !! Never a dull moment in my kitchen ! HA

I just finished baking 144 cookies for the last Chess Club meeting for this year (maybe they won't miss a dozen). On to the cookies I need to bake for the last Knitting Club meeting.

What a sad, but delicious last week of school !!

Roughly about 400+ cookies that went to a school's cake walk.
Over 100 cookies that went to Knitting Club.
Over 100 cookies that went to Chess Club.
Over 100 cookies that went to my sons cast of Beetlejuice Jr.
A Lemon Blueberry Bundt Cake for a special order.

The cookies ... I would try them again, switching some ingredients, but overall, they are not bad. But not up to my standards ...... YET !

These cookies have pretzels, butterscotch pudding, toffee bits, chocolate chips ..... OH MY !!!

My family has been devouring these as fast as they can !!

As always, the Knitting Club received them graciously and devoured them all (over 4 DOZEN cookies) !!

WOW !! The week leading up to Valentine's Day was Hectic ! Not the actual day itself, just the prep before the day !!

Here you see about 350 +/- cookies, baked, decorated and delivered to (2) different schools to celebrate the teachers, and a larger platter for chess club !

Then, Chocolate Strawberry Mini Cupcakes for a Valentine's Day Party.

THEN, Marshmallow, Strawberries & Cream and Cake Batter Flavored Chocolates made for the schools knitting club.

PHEW !! Last weekend I was worn out !

But wait ... there's more !!

This week = French Vanilla Mini Cupcakes with Hot Cocoa Icing, topped with a Marshmallow for the knitting club.

I have become the official baker for the Knitting Club and Chess Clud, and I LOVE IT !! :)
