I made my first ever (‼️) focaccia tonight! Cheddar jalapeño focaccia at that 🤤

I think I’ve always been too much of a sugar fiend to get into bread, but I had a great time with this and am super pleased with how it came out! Maybe focaccia will be on the menu in the future 😉

Throwback Thursday! It’s been about 3 years since I made this moss and mushroom cake for a friend’s birthday 🍄‍🟫🎂

This was a super fun project! I made actual edible moss and the mushrooms were made with marzipan. It became a perfect terrarium on my cake stand 😍

Do you ever go to bake a batch of cookies only to end up with crunchy, burnt bottoms? Your baking sheets may be the culprit!

Lighter baking sheets are the best for baking cookies as they reflect heat, while dark baking sheets absorb it (which means a much hotter pan!)

Switch to light sheets and your cookies will bake more evenly, giving you the perfect texture from top to bottom!
