Hi! I’m Nori. I’m a twelve year old baker from Colorado. I’ve been baking since I was really little, and I love to bake with my cousins and my brother. When I’m not baking, you can find me playing volleyball, skiing, singing, or hanging out with my friends at the park or at the mall. I love to travel! I go to Cape Cod every summer with my family and have been to lots of other exciting places like Mexico, Turks and Caicos, Costa Rica, and many US states. Check out my Chantilly Berry Cake Roll for my bake along challenge with Network show, Baking Championship Next Gen! This one was fun to make and is on the dessert menu for tomorrow night. My whole family can’t wait.

Another baking tip: Cake goop! This magical concoction will map your cakes from sticking to the pan. In fact, they will slide right out! My friend introduced me to a similar recipe that I have tweaked over time into the perfect blend of shortening, butter, and flour to keep my cakes from sticking. So, let me know in the comments- do you use cake goop?

Did you know today is National Chocolate Cake Day? It’s also week four of my with and I was able to recruit my little bro to make a 🧩puzzle cake! This challenge was fun, but no joke- I feel for all the teams this week on this tough challenge!

Here’s another - or really more of a knife skills tip for cutting a mango 🥭! My mom didn’t know this tip and has been wasting SO much delicious mango her whole life! By the way, the dance really is mandatory, so don’t even think about skipping that part. 🙅‍♀️

Baking along with Baking Championship Next Gen Week 3! I loved hearing about all the bakers’ family adventures and I was inspired by our recent trip to Costa Rica where we enjoyed so much tropical fruit 🥭 I do wish that when I made this I knew ‘s tip to use apricot jam on the fruit- I made a sugar glaze with lemon rind, but jam will save me some time in the future!

Bake along with Episode 2 of - This was perfect timing for a family recipe! This week marks one year since my Great-grandma (my Bubie) passed away, so I baked one of her recipes. I managed to beat the clock this week, but even better, I think I made Bubie proud. I enjoyed all the family bakes this week on the show and can’t wait to see the travel-inspired bakes next week!
