A gorgeous day out at ‘Art in the Park’ in Rockford. Our mini barista wasn’t actually selling coffee but she was certainly helpful to the hundreds of people who enjoyed our little cakes!

A trip away with some of my very best friends inspired a brand-new creation
— “Ladies Night In!”

Over 50 years of friendship deserves something truly decadent! This rich dessert starts with a deep chocolate mud cake, covered in real raspberry buttercream, then topped with white-chocolate-covered raspberries, a generous drizzle of raspberry coulis, chocolate drizzle, and chunks of quality milk chocolate.

There’s something so special about getting away with beautiful friends—the laughter, the memories, the stories we’ve told a hundred times and still laugh about. I love these times together, and I wanted to create something just as sweet and special to share with them. ❤️

September 12th is a date to remember! Rockford’s Art in the Park Festival is coming—and Loop’s Artisan Cakes and Chocolates is celebrating with the release of a brand-new show special: Chocolate Covered Strawberry!

This decadent treat starts with a deep, rich chocolate cake, topped with big swirls of creamy strawberry frosting, then drizzled with chocolate and strawberry syrups. To finish it off, we smother it with pieces of dark and white chocolate-covered dried strawberries.

Mouthwatering is an understatement!
