Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing Mom’s out there! I am so blessed to have so many in my life! I spent my day baking. A brownie bottom cheesecake for a super special Mom. Also, tried some new gluten free/dairy free recipes. The healthy fudge brownies are surprisingly delicious!
