Video from our two farms just three miles apart this morning. The first video from the White Oak River is a Winter wonder land. The second farm near the Bogue Inlet is as rough as it gets. In the Winter we set our intertidal lines low to keep the oyster in the water as much as possible to keep them safe from all the elements.

We are restocked at Captain's Choice Seafood Market at The Market at Cedar Point. From the top down there are:

- 50ct and 25ct bags of our Croatans from the White Oak River.

- 50ct bags from Changing Tide Oyster Company.

- 25ct bags of oysters and 50ct bags of clams from Seashore Oyster Company

- 25ct and 50ct bags from Homegrown Oyster Company

The self serve kiosk is up and running and oysters are available 24/7.

Our Thanksgiving pre-order form is officially live! This year we will once again be selling Thanksgiving oysters to both our Durham and Swansboro/Cedar Point clients and coordinating concurrent pick up times. 😱🤗

Mark your calendars for Tuesday, November 25, from 4:30 to 5:30 PM to pick up your oysters in either South Durham or at Captain's Choice Seafood Market in Cedar Point.

No Thanksgiving spread is complete without a few Oysters Rockefeller on the appetizer menu!

We are fully stocked at both Swansboro Front Street Grocery and Captain's Choice Seafood Market in Cedar Point.

This week we have:

- Croatan Selects from our White Oak River farm. Large, nicely shaped, with very thick, clean shells. (If you are into making ornaments or oyster crafts, these would be perfect.) High salinity around 30ppt.
50 for $40 or 25 for $20.

- Sea Swans from our Bogue Inlet farm. Small, perfectly shaped oysters great for eating raw. Very high salinity at 34ppt.
50 for $45 or 25 for $23. (Only at Captain’s Choice in Cedar Point).

We are excited to announce that we recently began partnering with several other local oyster farmers to provide our collective customer base with a broader selection of oysters! Currently, White Oak Oyster Company, along with Homegrown Oysters, High Tiders Oyster Company, Changing Tide Oyster Co., and Seashore Oyster Company will all be contributing and stocking our Self-Serve oyster fridge on the porch of Captain's Choice Seafood Market, located at The Market at Cedar Point!

It is our hope that our customers will be able to enjoy a more fulfilling oyster experience by having access to a selection of exceptional oysters grown in our local waters. Next time you stop by our oyster fridge, grab a bag from each oyster farm and enjoy the variety!

CEDAR POINT: Our WOOC oyster fridge is freshly stocked! Go by any time of day for convenient self-service to a fresh bag of our oysters!

Oysters have been restocked in the cooler on our porch! It is 24/7 Self Serve—scan the code on the door to pay and then grab you a bag. They are already washed for your convenience! A 50 count bag is only $35!

You can find other stuff like our local Cleaned Shrimp, Zero Filler Crab Cakes, Sea Scallops, Crab Pretzels, Crab Meat, Snow Crab Legs, Tuna, Mahi, Grouper and much more!

Captain's Choice Seafood Market is located at The Market at Cedar Point—1046 Cedar Point Blvd, Cedar Point, NC 28584—the little white bulding on the left when entering the parking lot!
