“Before burn bootcamp I was the heaviest I’d ever been, I’d given birth 3 times in 4 years and buried my second born, my daughter.
I had been in a depression, I was 80 lbs heavier than pre-children and grieving the loss of my child.
I talked to my husband about joining a gym but it had to have childcare and be motivating. It was necessary, because my doctor gave me an ultimatum that if I couldn’t lose some of the weight I gained she would put me on a weight loss pill. I didn’t want that. I struggle to lose weight due to health issues.
I found burn, I signed up for the trial week and fell in love after the first class. I love the encouragement, positive vibes, motivation and of course childcare as a stay at home mom. I’ve only been going for 2 months but I’m excited to go every day, I feel better and I’m down 15 lbs.high five I can’t wait to continue and reach my goals.”
