WE’RE HIRING AT THE PIONEER!

Looking for a food service job where you can have fun, meet great people, and actually feel good about where you work? Come join the Front of House team at The Pioneer Bakery Café in Downtown Kirkwood!

We’re hiring FULL-TIME & PART-TIME team members!

Located in downtown Kirkwood, The Pioneer is a fast-casual café with a mission. We serve great breakfast and lunch while creating training and employment opportunities for people of all abilities. ❤️

And here’s a pretty great restaurant perk…

We’re open 7 AM–3 PM — so NO NIGHTS!

We’re looking for friendly, energetic people who enjoy working with customers, can keep up in a busy café, and want to be part of a team that has a little fun while getting the job done.

Pay based on experience. Higher pay available for team members who can work Saturdays & Sundays. Daytime hours. Great people, great food & a pretty awesome mission

Experience is great, but attitude, reliability and personality matter just as much.

Interested?

DM The Pioneer Bakery Café on Facebook OR send your resume to [email protected].

Great mission. Even better food. Now we just need a few more great people.
