These will likely be baked late next week or early the following week, depending on order volume and scheduling.

A quick note: stock will be very limited. As I’ve been settling into my new kitchen, I’ve learned that my current setup comfortably allows me to prep and bake about 12 loaves per day while still balancing family life and maintaining the quality I want every order to have. Once those spots are filled, I’ll begin a waitlist for the next bake day.

To order, simply fill out the Bake Request Form linked below (or visit my website to access it anytime). This helps me see what customers are interested in and plan upcoming bake days. When a bake is scheduled, I’ll reach out with availability, pickup/delivery details, and payment information.

🍞 The Next Bake List is LIVE! 🍞

My VIP group got first access last night, but now I’m opening it up to all of you!

As we continue settling into our new home and bakery space, I won’t be taking traditional weekly orders just yet. Instead, you can join the Next Bake List and reserve your spot for upcoming small-batch bakes.

Looking at the forecast, next week is shaping up to be a great week for baking, and I can’t wait to get some sourdough back in the oven! 🤍

To keep things manageable as I ease back into baking, I’m starting with four sourdough favorites:

I’ve been toying around with an idea and would love your feedback. 🤍

As many of you know, we’re still settling into our new home and I’m not quite back to having the space and setup needed for large-scale baking. But I miss sharing fresh sourdough with you all!

What if I opened a simple bake request form?

Here’s how it would work:
🍞 You could submit a request for one of a few sourdough flavors.
📅 No specific fulfillment date would be guaranteed, though you could note if you need it for a special occasion.
👩‍🍳 I’d bake in small batches as my schedule and kitchen allow.
💌 Once I narrow down a bake date, I’d send an invoice and let you know when your loaf would be ready.

This would allow me to slowly ease back into baking, serve customers in manageable batches, and continue focusing on my family as we settle into this new season.

A little Loaves & Light update. ❤️

After much thought and prayer, I’ve made the difficult decision not to commit to the Denver Farmers Market this season.

As many of you know, our family is in the middle of a big move to our new farmhouse on the acreage. While we’re incredibly excited for this new chapter, the reality is that I simply don’t have the space, facilities, or capacity right now to bake at the volume needed to consistently attend the market each week.

This wasn’t an easy decision. Being part of the Denver Farmers Market last season was one of the highlights of my year. I loved seeing familiar faces, meeting new customers, and sharing fresh bread and baked goods with this amazing community.

Right now, my focus needs to be on helping my family settle into our new home and embracing this season the Lord has placed us in. As hard as it is to step back, I know it’s the right decision for our family.

The good news? This isn’t goodbye. Once we’re settled and I have the ability to bake again, I hope to offer occasional pop-ups, special order opportunities, and possibly make appearances at the Readlyn Indoor Market and the Tripoli Farmers Market from time to time. And Lord willing, I fully plan to return to the Denver Farmers Market next season.

Thank you for supporting Loaves & Light, cheering on this little bakery, and giving me so much grace during this transition. Your encouragement means more than you know.
