Introducing our Espresso infused brown butter chocolate chip sourdough cookies!

Crunchy edges, soft chewy center, roughly 4-5 inches big and just the right amount of espresso.

These are long fermented to get all the benefits of sourdough, our browned butter is infused with fresh organic espresso and just like all our other chocolate chip items, we use organic cacao chocolate chips. These chocolate chips have no soy or artificial ingredients, and are made with cacao.

You can find them on the menu starting next week. We'll have a limited number with us this weekend in Lockhart and Bastrop!

Thanks to the crunchy boule for the original recipe 🩷

Here's your reminder to start your fermented garlic honey.

Great for boosting your immune system to fight off cold/flu symptoms.

Take one spoonful of honey or eat one garlic clove....or both!

To make:

Add 2 cups of organic peeled garlic and 2 cups of local raw unfiltered honey to a jar.

Store in a dark place. Every day, turn jar upside down (with lid securely on, ask me how I know 😂), and then turn upright, open lid, then close again.

Small bubbles will form at the surface of the honey, this is part of the fermentation process.

It takes roughly 3-4 weeks to fully ferment, but you can use it at anytime.

The garlic will become more subtle over time, and the honey will become runny.

Keep stored in dark cupboard or pantry.
