I am constantly reevaluating ingredients that I buy for both our home and the bakery. After reading several different independent laboratory test results, I have switched over to Diamond Crystal Kosher salt. It came out clean every time, not only that, they use cardboard boxes instead of plastic containers/bags.

It's small things like this that I make sure don't slip through the cracks.

Just know that every loaf of bread, every scone, etc, has carefully selected ingredients and is made with love.

Meet Johnny, Mocha and Cookie (aka cookie and cream), they're 3 wk old bottle babies that we "somehow" ended up with last night 🫣😍😄

For now, they're staying in a comfy space all their own while they get acclimated to their new home, bottles and friends! All our other goats are VERY interested in them.

If you didn't know, I really LOVE goats ❤️
