Inspired by her Brazilian roots, Juliana Starzyk created a unique menu that will delight for its colorful, exotic and delicious flavors. Along with her family, she has fulfilled the dream of opening her first shop Colorado. Juliana’s fondest memories of growing up in Brazil are the sweet tastes of honey, fruits, chocolate, dulce de leche, and condensed milk. All of these wonderful memories are inc
orporated in every sweet that is handcrafted in her kitchen. The ingredients, to the perfect bite, are the combination of traditional family recipes and contemporary techniques learned at the August Escoffier School, in Boulder Colorado. In this family affair the secret will continue to pass on for generations!
