So many of you have asked for gluten free options, and I’ve been quietly testing (and taste-testing… a LOT) behind the scenes. My gluten free collection is almost here: a lineup of cookies AND gluten free loaves, baked with love and purpose, just like everything else from my kitchen.

Well, y'all convinced me! 🥰

I'd planned on taking a break from the markets this weekend, but I've gotten so many kind messages, from get-well-soon wishes to "when will you be back so I can grab more bread?" Thank you. Your support means more than you know.

So I'm happy to announce I'll be back in Bennett this Saturday, October 3, for The Real Food Market! I'll be set up alongside , , and

Stop by to say hi, pick up some fresh veggies, sip some smooth, robust coffee, and of course, grab your favorite sourdough goodies for the week. 🍞

Before sourdough, I lived in my head a lot. I overthought everything, and I was always my own worst critic.

Then I started baking bread, and it humbled me in the best way. You can’t rush sourdough. You can’t control every variable. You feed it, you give it time, and you learn to trust the process. Somewhere along the way, I started learning to trust myself.

Cooking has always been my love language. It’s how I show up for the people I care about. But baking taught me something new: to slow down. To notice the quiet moments. To see the beauty and love that’s been surrounding me every single day.

Flour, patience, and warmth. Simple things that, shaped with care, rise into something extraordinary. I think that’s true for people too. 🤍

Happy first day of fall! 🍂

Autumn officially arrived today, and I couldn't think of a better way to welcome it than with a little sourdough pumpkin. This loaf was shaped by hand, scored leaf by leaf, and finished with a cinnamon stick stem, because the season deserves a bit of extra love.

There's something about fall that makes me want to slow down, turn the oven on, and fill the house with the smell of fresh bread and home made soup. I hope this season brings you cozy mornings, warm kitchens, and plenty of good things to share with the people you love.

Here's to sweaters, soup nights, and a slice of something homemade. 🧡

Baked with Linda will be at the Fall Festival this Friday, September 25, and I'm so excited to be part of it.

Pre-orders are open now! Reserve your favorites ahead of time and pick them up at our booth. Small-batch means when they're gone, they're gone.

Pre-orders close Wednesday (09/23) at 8:00pm so everything is baked fresh for Friday.

What you'll find at the booth:

Sourdough loaves in Classic, Jalapeño Cheddar, Roasted Garlic & Herb, Caramelized Onion, and Cinnamon Sugar.

Our fan-favorite Sourdough Flights will also be on our tables, so if you can't decide, you can try all the specialty flavors in one box.

Fresh cinnamon rolls. These sell out fast, so come early or pre-order to make sure you don't miss out.

I'll also have plenty of fresh-baked goodies to grab on the spot, but pre-ordering is the best way to guarantee your favorites. Come say hi and let's make it a sweet fall evening together.

Everything is made from scratch in small batches with sourdough, love, and no preservatives.
