Hello sourdough friends!! Summer has been hectic and we are just getting back into a routine! I have a couple of new items I am offering for Sept. Next month I will have some pumpkin to welcome in the season!!
Always feel free to reach out for bake days - but upcoming will be Sunday 9/6, Thursday 9/10, and Sunday 9/13.

Vacation eats. A go to for me is sheet pan nachos. I spread out chips on sheet pans, spread a cheese dip and shredded cheese, break up a rotisserie chicken and spread plain or if chicken is cold you can heat in a pan with homemade or canned enchilada sauce. Bean of choice more cheese & olives. Bake on 375 about 20mins or until chip edges are crispy and cheese is melted. I like to make fresh salsa bar with red & green options plus chopped onion/cilantro, sour cream, and guacamole for everyone to top with their favorites. This was a perfect easy group meal for 8 at a vacation cabin!!

This is the Patriotic Loaf I was working on. Just didn’t have enough time to test it properly. Needed some improvements, including the correct ingredient powder to get the “red” in it. The dragonfruit powder I used did not work well. Will work on it for next year 🤷🏼‍♀️.

And a cut shot on a Pickle Loaf, because they are fun to watch! This one was made with 100% pickle juice 😋. Could have pushed fermentation a little farther.
