Today, it’s all about…CUSTOM ORDERS!!
🧁 We require 1.5-2 weeks notice for custom order request
🧁 This timeframe is needed for several reasons:
•you’re more likely to be able to have your order fulfilled
•it gives bakers time to plan/prep accordingly ex:) intricate fondant decor
•it gives us time to find and/or order decor
•our bakery gets booked up fast!!
🧁If we can fit your order in under that timeframe, we most certainly will, but a will be applied for orders under a weeks notice
🧁Even with a 2 weeks notice, that DOES NOT guarantee we can fulfill your order if the day & time you’re requesting is already full
🧁You can NEVER place your order too soon! Even if your event is months out, go ahead & place your order
🧁If you don’t need any CUSTOMIZED DECOR (custom colors, decorations, etc.), you DO NOT need to fill out a custom order form. You can simply call our Cary or Durham location & finalize your order over the phone.
🧁ALL go through our website by filling out a
🧁We do not take custom orders in-store, over the phone, via DM’s or FB messenger
🧁Full payment is required for all custom orders to be finalized
🧁If you have not received an intial phone call, please do not call the bakery to pay. That means your Order Form has not been written up yet.
🧁Due to the number of custom order emails we receive daily, it can take anywhere from 24-48 hours for a response. Please don’t send multiple emails as it only prolongs things
🧁We do not offer refunds for cancelled orders…we only offer store credit as long as it’s 48 hours before your pick-up date. For custom orders that require fondant decor or decor items that had to be custom ordered, we don’t offer refunds or store credit for those items.

Mother’s Day pre-orders are now open!!! This year, we will be offering a 2-layered cookie cake with a vanilla buttercream filling, topped with pastel colored rosettes and a “Happy Mother’s Day” topper | AND we are offering individual pastel rosette cupcakes for those that don’t need a whole cake! Here’s all you need to know:
• pre-orders are now through May 4th
• cookie cake: $55
• cupcakes: $3.85/ea. | $37/dozen
• the cupcakes will also replace the Pink Vanilla and Pink Chocolate cupcakes on the stands Saturday, May 7th

After sickness land birthday celebrations for Hunter this last week, we are finally back! Sometimes a little hiatus is good to center ourselves and be present along with getting back to a healthy state! But we did miss y’all, we’re happy to be back up and running!
