We are taking a small break this week and enjoying some family time in Tennessee. ❤️

You know we couldn't go anywhere without finding cinnamon along the way. 😆

From sweet cinnamon maple syrup at breakfast to the famous cinnamon bread at Dollywood, it's been an epic week full of inspiration.

It's always fun seeing how different places celebrate the flavors we love so much. Of course, we still think a warm cinnamon roll is hard to beat. 😉

We'll be back baking soon, but for now we're soaking in the mountains, making family memories, and enjoying every cinnamon-filled moment.

Who has been to TN? The Smoky Mountain views are so relaxing!!! 😌

So many people still have *no clue* how good these gluten-free cinnamon rolls really are. 🤍

Soft. Fluffy. Cozy. Nutritious and genuinely delicious.

Creating a cinnamon roll that tastes this good without the heaviness of traditional rolls honestly changed everything for me. I seriously can’t go back to a regular cinnamon roll after this.

The best part? People take that first bite expecting “gluten-free” texture… and are completely shocked. You truly can’t even tell they’re GF.

They’re easier on your digestive system, made with intention, and don’t leave you feeling weighed down from empty calories. Just warm, comforting goodness that actually feels good to eat.

And I honestly can’t wait to reach more bellies and more hearts with these rolls. ✨

My goal has always been bigger than simply baking something “gluten-free.” I want to change people’s perspective on what gluten-free food can actually be because most people don’t even realize what they’ve been missing. So many have only experienced dry, dense, flavorless GF treats that left them disappointed. These are the complete opposite.

Watching someone take that first bite with hesitation and then light up in surprise will never get old to me. That moment means everything.

These rolls are proof that gluten-free can still feel indulgent, comforting, joyful, and deeply satisfying all while loving your body back. 💙

“The woman behind the door” is what I’ve been called more than once. 😄 Some customers say they wonder what I look like, others joke I’m like something out of *The Wizard of Oz*—this quiet kitchen where the magic somehow appears in the cooler just in time.

Truth is… I’m very real. I promise. 🤍

Right now, in this season of pregnancy and full days, I’m often rolling cinnamon rolls right at the very last minute so they’re fresh and warm when you pick up. Most mornings I’m still finishing orders or wiping down the kitchen before shifting straight into breakfast for my kiddos. One task at a time, one foot in front of the other.

Most of you make the trip from suburbs away. Others are right here in the community, walking over or taking a small drive just to make breakfast feel a bit more special for your spouses and families.

And I don’t take that lightly.

How lucky am I to have you as my customers? Truly. How lucky am I that I get to help feed my own family because of the orders that come in week after week.

You may not always see me, but please know this—I absolutely love baking for you. Every batch, every roll, every early morning. It really is a labor of love. 🤍

⚽️ Cinnamon Roll Friday + Cary Soccer Association Fundraiser 🥐

We’ll be baking Friday and celebrating something extra special — our very first fundraiser of the year!!!

This fundraiser means so much to our family because our son has absolutely been having a blast with Cary Soccer Association this season. We are so thankful for the coaches, volunteers, and everyone who helps make youth soccer such a special experience for our community.

Join us this Sunday at Cary-Grove Park (across from Sunburst Bay Aquatic Center) — 3 Oaks Rd & N 1st St, Cary, IL 60013. You’ll see our tent set up from 9:30 AM until we Sell Out! ⚽️🥐
