Meet baby Evan Daniel! 🤍

His name carries so much meaning to us.

Evan — because God is gracious. 🙏🏼
Daniel — because he will be mighty. 🦁

I have always loved the story of Daniel in the lions’ den. Daniel stood firm in his faith, trusted God completely, and remained courageous even when he was surrounded by fear and uncertainty.

Our prayer is that Evan Daniel grows into a man who is strong in faith, courageous in heart, and unshaken in his trust in God. That he knows where his strength comes from and never forgets that God is with him—even in the lions’ dens of life.

Welcome to the world, Evan Daniel.
May you always walk boldly with the God who is gracious and mighty. 🤍🦁🙏🏼

Our's and your prayers were answered!

We are so incredibly thankful for the staff who cared for Mom and baby during our hospital stay. We were blessed with some truly wonderful people, but our nurse, Christina, was especially meant to be with us.

When she first greeted us, we noticed she had a little Baby Jesus figurine glued to her name-tag lanyard. In that moment, we knew it was no coincidence. She was loving, caring, and so incredibly kind, and we will always be grateful that God placed her in our path during such a sacred moment in our lives.

Evan Daniel was born during the Holy Hour of 3:00 PM on Sunday, weighing 7 lbs 7 oz. He also happens to be a universal donor with blood type O negative (who knows who he is meant to save in this lifetime). 🤍

And our boy was ready to meet us. One push, and he came into this world nice and swiftly.

To everyone who prayed for us, offered a Mass, sent messages, and surrounded our family with so much love and positivity—your prayers were heard. 🙏🏼

We are home, we are healing. ❤️

We’ve set up a meal train for anyone in our community who feels called to help our family as we adjust to life as a family of five. 🤍

Unfortunately, school germs could not be avoided. The night before our induction, we ended up in urgent care with our daughter, and she is now home recovering from a sinus infection. We’re praying it doesn’t make its way to anyone else and doing our best to keep mom and baby away from the little ones while everyone heals.

Between feedings, recovery, appointments, and caring for a sick little one, having a meal would be such a blessing to our family during this transition.

We went off the radar for a little bit. ❤️

These have been the longest few weeks EVER, sitting at 4 cm dilated with very little progress, lots of contractions and no baby. What a waiting game this has been! Every pregnancy really is different… no kidding!! (We joke this baby would have really waited until LABOR DAY!)

We’ve been soaking up some much-needed rest, doing lots of nesting, cleaning and getting our other two little ones settled into school and a routine before baby brother arrives.

But tomorrow is finally the day—induction day! 👶🏼🤍 🐥

Please keep us in your prayers for a quick, safe, and smooth delivery and that everything goes beautifully. Thankful already for all the kind nurses and staff who we will encounter tomorrow and during the duration of our stay. 💙

Ethan built this beautiful farmstand for me, but unfortunately, living in an HOA, we aren’t able to use it. 🥲

We only used it once for an event, and it has been sitting in storage collecting dust ever since! Since we’re nesting and making room for baby, we figured we might as well pass it on to someone who can actually put it to good use. 🤎

No baby yet! 👶🏼

We all got so excited thinking this baby was ready to make his grand entrance… and apparently he decided to go right back into hiding in the womb! 😂

Thank you all SO much for the prayers, sweet messages, comments, love, and encouragement. 🤍 Contractions have been happening on and off all week, so we’re definitely getting closer—but this little bun is apparently taking his sweet time proofing in the oven. 🥐👶🏼

Meanwhile, this busy mama is nesting and getting some much needed rest! Hospital bags are packed, everything is checked off, and we’re ready to go whenever he decides it’s time.

Until then… we wait, we pray, and we let this bun finish proofing. 🤍

Well…you guys! I am officially dilated!👶🏻💙

I think it’s safe to say the oven is officially closed for business for a little while...

I will NOT be baking as I am currently scrambling to get my bags in order as it can happen anytime today, tomorrow or by the weekend!

After months of waddling, baking, packing orders, and trying to keep Saintly Cinnamon Rolls moving, I’m finally hitting pause. 🥹

Now… we wait. 💙👶🏻🙏🏼

Saintly Cinnamon Rolls is officially on baby-watch! 😂

Prayers for a smooth and quick delivery would be much appreciated! 🙏

Happy Monday, everyone! ☀️❤️

First, THANK YOU for all of the orders this past weekend. We are so incredibly grateful for every single one of you who continues to support Saintly Cinnamon Rolls!

There are also so many of you who are new around here and eager to try our rolls and place an order, and that makes me SO happy! 🥹 Welcome!

The timing of everything and this chapter of life has really ramped up. Life is busy, especially as a mama already with two! Add a baby coming any day now, our kids starting school on separate weeks, and keeping up with the bakery… and whew. 😂 It has been WILD!

We’ve had many requests for this week, but right now we are taking things day by day and keeping a close eye on what the doctor says. If I’m still able, we may host small pop-ups or open up a small number of orders. I’ll keep everyone updated as we go!

And honestly… I don’t know what next year will bring, but I do know this bakery is GROWING! 🙏✨

We get so many phone calls from people asking if we have a storefront, and we unfortunately miss a good handful of customers simply because they don’t use social media—which is completely understandable!

It has really made me think about what the future could look like for Saintly Cinnamon Rolls. I don’t have all the answers yet, and I’m not rushing to figure them out, but it is exciting to see how far this small bakery has come.

For now, we’re taking it one day, one bake, and one cinnamon roll at a time. Trusting God with this beautiful, chaotic season and whatever He has planned for us next. 🤍

For all of our amazing folks who take a long drive one way and then turn around and make the long drive back just for our GF cinnamon rolls… you guys are seriously incredible. 🤍

Your dedication, support, and commitment to Saintly Cinnamon Rolls never goes unnoticed. I know some of you are traveling quite a distance, and it honestly means the world that you think these rolls are worth the drive. 🥐✨

Drove 40 mins to Cary for some amazing gluten free cinnamon rolls for my brother’s birthday. I forgot to take a before picture… they got eaten too quickly.

Porch Pickup Reminder 🏡🤍

Our porch pickup is an honor system, and we truly appreciate everyone who helps us keep it running smoothly!

Every once in a while, we have folks accidentally—or unknowingly—take rolls from pre-order bags. Please don’t take anything from a bag unless your name is on it and you have confirmed the quantity. Every pre-order bag is accounted for with a designated name and roll count, so please always double-check your name before grabbing your order.

I know I’ve been throwing my Saintly fans into a panic with my bake days becoming slimmer 😂 but please knock and ask if you have any questions or if we have extra rolls available! We are always happy to help.

When a pre-order bag gets taken by someone who didn’t order it, it throws off our entire count and can mean we have to refund a customer who has already paid for their rolls. 😭

We are so grateful for your support and for helping us keep our small porch pickup system organized. 🤍

If it doesn’t have your name on it, please leave it be and knock instead! 🙏🏼
