Our Story

“Cakes are special. Every celebration should end with a dessert that people remember. It’s all about creating special memories.”

Baking has always been a major part of my life. As a child I can remember baking and being surrounded by the smell of sweet aromas in the kitchen with my family during the holidays. Noelle & Alley Cakes was founded in 2017 in honor of my grandmothers and parents to share our family tradition with others. We are a gourmet bakery in Cartersville, GA offering custom cakes and cupcakes. All of our desserts are homemade and baked fresh to order. Our buttercream is the star as we use little to no fondant to decorate our cakes. With a wide selection of flavors there’s something for everyone’s taste buds.
