This order was so much fun and an incredible learning experience for me as a newly established custom cake maker!!

These cakes were my first attempts at dye free (both) and (One Rocks). I personally believe that the flavors are incredible! And the artificial dye free was a challenge yet so fun from a science perspective!

At the end of the day I did end up changing the “red” stars to all black on the first cake as requested. I was happy to oblige as I was not entirely happy with the pigment either.

Still, I hope my client was happy with their cakes as it was a pleasure to complete. Happy Birthday to these two little boys ❤️💙
